The Accountant’s Role.

The accountant is ideally placed to facilitate the Implementation Review phase of the program by operating as the Trusted Business Strategist.  The accountant meets with the client on a monthly basis to review progress on Action Plan activities, to assist in project management, by establishing timetables and responsibilities for performing the planned activities. 

The accountant will greatly assist the client by providing:

  • Objective review of performance through effective management reporting systems
  • A clear focus toward business development rather than historical results
  • Guidance to develop more effective and efficient operating methods and management skills
  • Identification of the effectiveness of management actions
  • Support and practical advice, providing a motivational boost and better quality decisions.
